Bets Will Be Refunded If One

Introduction


All bets on Trotting will be settled from outcomes according to the main governing body.


Official results are supplied at www.atg.se (Swedish Trotting), at www.rikstoto.no (Norwegian Trotting), at www.hippos.fi (Finnish Trotting), at www.dantoto.dk (Danish Trotting).


Outright


Win Market (including Win Market Without Favourite)


For settlement purposes the horse with the highest finishing position based on the main result will be deemed the winner.


If a defined race is abandoned or stated void then single bets will be void and any choices involved in accumulative bets will be treated as a non-runner.


Place Market


For settlement functions the place positions will be based on the official outcome and will undergo the following standards:


Races involving;


2-3 horses (No place betting available, Win only)


4-6 horses (2 locations offered)


7-15 horses (3 places available)


16+ horses (4 locations readily available)


If a defined race is deserted or declared void then single bets will be made space and any choices associated with accumulative bets will be treated as a non-runner.


Where two choices dead-heat bets will be made space if the choice has odds less than evens (Odds-on). Dead-heat rules will use to selections with chances of evens or above (Odds-against). If more than 2 selections dead-heat then all bets on the race will be void.


Ante-Post Market


bet365's Ante-Post wagers are accepted on the basis of all-in run or not, entered or not. Except where specifically mentioned stakes are lost on an Ante-Post bet if a selection does not take part. Ante-Post markets can and will be suspended and re-issued with new prices at the discretion of the business. Ante-Post bets are settled at the Price and Place terms appropriate at the time of acceptance.


Individual Races Head-to-Heads


Where two horses are matched versus each other (for betting functions) the horse with the greatest finishing position based upon the official outcome will be considered the winner.


Bets will be reimbursed if one or both of the horses in a head-to-head are stated non-runners, if the defined race is abandoned/declared space or if both horses fail to finish the course/fail to tape-record a main time.


Where 2 horses combined in a head-to-head dead-Heat then bets will be void and stakes reimbursed.


Individual Races Triple Headers


Where three horses are organized against each other (for betting functions) the horse with the highest finishing position on the basis of the main result will be considered the winner.


Bets will be reimbursed if one, 2, or all of the horses in a triple header are declared non-runners, if the specified race is abandoned/declared space or if all 3 horses fail to complete the course/fail to record an official time.


Where 2 horses grouped in a triple header dead-heat bets will be made void on selections that have odds less than evens (Odds-on). Dead-heat rules will use to choices with odds of evens or above (Odds-against). Where all 3 horses in a triple-header dead-heat bets will be reimbursed.


Odd/Even Market


For settlement functions the winning horse's official race number will figure out the winner. In case of one or more non-runners all bets will be void if any of the horses are 10/1 or shorter in bet365's race win book at the time of withdrawal.
